All products carry a warranty unless specifically noted otherwise. In such a case, Ceylan Electronics will warrant the item for the same period as the manufacturer to ensure your satisfaction.

Ceylan Electronics offers a generous (30) day return policy to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
 
To return a product to Ceylan Electronics, please contact our Customer Service Department. You can also contact us via email and  start a customer service request on our site.
 
For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling:
 
  • customer name and email address
  • invoice number/order number
  • the nature of the problem
Prior to the return of any product to Ceylan Electronics, you must obtain an RMA number. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense. Ceylan Electronics will arrange for and pay all shipping costs associated with authorized, defective returns.

We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Ceylan Electronics strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
 
Return period
 
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:
  • 15 days for computers, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, and radar detectors 
  • 30 days for all other products 
Non-returnable items
 
Some items are not able to be returned including:
 
  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services 
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused 
  • Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music and video games 
 
Restocking fee
 
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:
 
  • 25% for Special Order Products, 
  • 20% for opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation and in-car video systems.
 
Missing item or damaged product fee 
 
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged. 
 
Return Procedure
 
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return CeylanElectronics.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at CeylanElectronics.com's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
 
Inspection Criteria
 
  • Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely 
  • Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with. 
  • Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (CeylanElectronics.com maintains serial number tracking). 
  • Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. 
  • Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
 
Return Authorization Number
 
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request an RA within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at CeylanElecronis.com”s sole discretion.
 
Return Shipping
 
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. CeylanElectronics.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, CeylanElectronics.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
 
Important Note
 
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If CeylanElectronics.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
 
Shipping Policy
 
Ceylan Electronics Shipping & Handling Policy:
 
Ceylan Electronics Shipping costs are based on delivery option, weight, size and the dimension of your items. Standard shipping takes between 3 and 5 days depending on zip codes. Ceylan Electronics ships to all 50 states, but does not ship internationally or to Guam or the Virgin Islands. Oversized orders, such as Desktops, TVs, Large Printers, cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. 
 
Shipping and Handling Rates: 
 
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed Unless Free shipping offered on the order page. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
 
Ceylanelectronics.com uses UPS as the primary carrier for most small items. Should you require faster service, UPS BLUE (2-3 business day service) or UPS RED (next business day service) is available at an extra cost. 
 
Processing Time:
 
Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your payment has passed the rigorous review by Paypal Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them in 24hr from Fort Collins, Colorado. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
